Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our fashion retail store in Lagos. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers find the right products while driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized shopping assistance, including styling advice.
• Recommend products, meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and receiving new stock.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports as required by management.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting and reside near Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
