Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail fashion store in Lagos. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them choose fabrics, make purchases and enjoy a welcoming shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers, advise on fabric selection and complete sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Fold, arrange and display fabrics and related materials.
• Create attractive photos and videos of new arrivals and post them on Instagram and other social platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries both in‑store and online.
• Assist with inventory organization, stock management and daily administrative tasks.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• At least two years of experience in retail sales or customer service (entry‑level acceptable).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Well‑presented, courteous, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Instagram and social‑media posting.
