Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will work on the showroom floor in Lagos, assisting customers with laptops, accessories and related technology products. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop sales expertise in the IT & Telecoms sector while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting laptops, accessories and tech solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions and the 30‑day guarantee policy.
• Process sales transactions accurately and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving, organising, stocking and monitoring product availability.
• Keep the showroom clean, well‑organised and visually appealing with proper product displays and labeling.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and after‑sales support professionally.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Computer literate and fluent in English.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.

Required skills

• Social media management and content creation.
• Marketing knowledge, especially Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with Canva for visual content.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms.
