Sales Representative

About the role

Arbitos Business Operations is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to expand its client portfolio within the Energy & Utilities sector. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Conduct effective negotiations to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Generate new leads, onboard them, and sustain their engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong strategic planning and market analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proximity to the workplace.
