Sales Representative (Hospitality)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our catering team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose menu items and promoting our combo offers while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist customers with menu selection, providing information on ingredients, portion sizes, and special offers.
- Accurately take orders at the counter and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of serving counters, trays, tables, and dining areas.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, and pricing.
Required profile
- Friendly, patient, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling cash.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with food service or hospitality environments.
