About the role

Join Recruitment Hub Ng as an entry‑level Sales Representative in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the hospitality and hotel sector, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality market.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports.
  • Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales or business development experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Goal‑driven, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset.
