Sales Representative and Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative and Customer Service Officer to join our Lagos store. You will guide customers to the right health products, handle enquiries across multiple channels, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in customers, assess health needs and recommend suitable products.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders by explaining benefits, pricing and delivery options.
• Follow up on pending orders, abandoned enquiries and repeat‑customer opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Upsell and cross‑sell complementary health and wellness items.
• Maintain accurate records in the POS and order‑management system.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to provide real‑time order updates.
• Resolve complaints, delivery issues and product queries courteously.
• Assist with basic stock checks and flag low‑stock items.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of sales, retail or customer‑service experience.
• Experience in health, pharmacy, wellness or FMCG retail is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High integrity and discretion handling health‑sensitive information.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the Ikeja office (e.g., Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Ojodu, Berger, Maryland, Alausa, Oregun, Isolo).

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience using mobile point‑of‑sale (POS) tools.
