Sales Operations Lead

About the role

The Sales Operations Lead will drive property sales across land, residential and commercial assets for a fast‑growing real‑estate business in Lagos. You will lead a team of sales executives and field agents, develop sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, pursue and close high‑value property deals, meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, converting leads from digital, referral and field channels.
• Support online and offline marketing campaigns and identify new lead‑generation channels.
• Supervise sales executives and field agents, set daily/weekly targets and track performance.
• Implement simple tracking structures for leads, follow‑ups and closures, improving reporting and pipeline visibility.
• Develop sales SOPs, client‑engagement processes and ensure consistent follow‑up on all opportunities.
• Engage directly with high‑value clients and investors, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent client experience.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity to provide insights for pricing and positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales or business development.
• Proven track record of closing property sales (land or housing) in the Lagos market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, deliver under pressure and maintain a results‑driven mindset.
