Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Ilorin. The role focuses on driving land sales and investment opportunities, guiding clients through the entire acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads and convert them into successful transactions.
• Engage prospective clients through presentations, follow‑ups and direct interactions.
• Promote the company’s land sales and investment offerings.
• Conduct property inspections and explain land ownership options.
• Guide clients through documentation and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to execute sales strategies.
• Participate in promotional events, community outreach and educational sessions to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of converting leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients.
• Basic knowledge of real‑estate or property investment and ability to explain processes clearly.
• Good organizational and record‑keeping capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ilorin, including field visits and property inspections.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is an advantage; prior sales experience strongly preferred.
