Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will work on‑site at TAOCARS NIGERIA’s Marina showroom in Lagos, driving vehicle sales and ensuring a premium customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from initial interest through to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, pricing and financing options, and coordinate test drives.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Support channel sales activities and collaborate with external partners.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle hand‑over and assist with basic documentation.
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Experience in lead generation, sales operations and channel sales.
• Relevant background in automotive sales, retail sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos and meet defined sales targets.
• Minimum secondary school certificate; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
