Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive property sales and expand our market presence in Lagos. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on client engagement to generate qualified leads and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that boost property sales and business growth.
• Generate qualified leads through online, offline and social media channels.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, conduct property presentations, viewings and negotiations.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process from enquiry to closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and monitor real‑estate trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular performance and market reports.
• Collaborate with the team on promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales and/or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects and consistently meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian property market and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
