About the role

Bluetti Energy Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Lagos and the Ekiti branch. The role focuses on driving growth in the renewable solar energy market, managing sales operations, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Bluetti’s market presence.
• Monitor performance metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi‑state sales team.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure high performance.
• Set sales targets, track achievements, and drive results.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead negotiations and secure large‑scale sales deals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 8 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience within the renewable solar energy sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage a multi‑state team.
