Sales Manager – Cold Chain & Inventory Financing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our cold‑chain and inventory financing initiatives within the frozen food sector in Lagos. The role combines market development, partner acquisition and financing structuring to accelerate growth of our frozen‑food distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Map the frozen‑food supply chain (producers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers) and identify financing opportunities.
• Onboard high‑quality frozen‑food distributors, cold‑chain operators and retail outlets, building strong relationships with brands such as Valentine Chicken and Obasanjo Farms.
• Promote and sell inventory‑financing solutions, working closely with risk, operations and collections teams to set credit limits.
• Monitor customer performance, inventory movement, credit usage and repayments.
• Collaborate with freezer vendors and dealers to integrate equipment sales into financing models.
• Develop and maintain a verified database of frozen‑food distributors, profiling capacity, volume and creditworthiness.
• Provide market intelligence, recommend new products and track competitor activity to support strategic expansion.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a sales manager or senior sales executive in the frozen‑food sector.
• Strong understanding of freezer distribution, cold‑storage logistics and frozen‑product sales.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage B2B partners in a supply‑chain environment.
• Based in Gbagada, Lagos.
