Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and convert leads into satisfied clients. You will work from our Lagos office, engaging prospects through cold calling, networking, email outreach and social selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and turn leads into paying clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide after‑sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM software.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND, HND or B.Sc.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle rejection positively.
• Female candidates aged 20–30 years are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
