Sales Executive – Flavours & Fragrances

About the role

The Sales Executive will lead B2B sales of imported flavours and fragrances to manufacturing companies across Nigeria. You will leverage an existing network of industry contacts to generate leads, close deals and grow market share for Vitachem Nigeria Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close sales opportunities with manufacturers nationwide.
• Utilise your professional network to generate immediate leads and business opportunities.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to uncover growth areas.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology or a related science.
• Minimum 5 years of core sales experience within the flavours & fragrances industry in Nigeria.
• Proven, verifiable network of active B2B customers and manufacturers in the sector.
• Strong negotiation ability, proactive mindset and sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills for corporate B2B environments.
• Valid driver’s licence; an operational vehicle will be provided.
