About the role

The Sales & Customer Service Officer will be the front‑line representative of Ify Klozet & Fashion, handling both in‑store and online interactions. You will support customers across phone, chat and social media while driving sales and reinforcing the brand’s reputation in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
Manage daily in‑store and e‑commerce sales, ensuring accurate order processing and inventory updates.
Create and publish engaging, sales‑focused content for the brand’s social media channels.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics and sales performance.

Required profile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
Ability to build rapport and handle customer issues effectively.
Residency within Ikeja or its environs (Opebi, Ikeja).
Minimum educational qualification: SSCE/ND.
