About the role

Identify and engage Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and agencies to pitch Culture Custodian's offerings. Develop and present customized proposals for brand collaborations, sponsorships, content integrations, and co‑created campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and agencies to pitch Culture Custodian's offerings.
• Develop and present customized proposals for brand collaborations, sponsorships, content integrations, and co‑created campaigns.
• Create and deliver compelling pitch decks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to post‑sale account management.
• Stay informed about brand marketing trends in Nigeria and advise brands on culturally credible strategies.
• Build long‑term relationships with brands seeking genuine access to culturally engaged audiences.
• Support partnerships that promote African culture and narratives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or media buying.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge corporate and cultural language.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and social media trends, leveraging video content for brand growth.
• Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
• Disciplined, organized, self‑driven with a proven ability to hit targets.
• Genuine interest in Nigerian pop culture, media, and entertainment.
