Sales Associate – Security Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to drive business development and promote our comprehensive security solutions across corporate and residential markets in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in both corporate and residential sectors.
• Market our full suite of security services, including manned guarding, event security, CCTV and electronic systems, journey management, and risk assessment.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue, lead conversion, and client acquisition targets.
• Onboard new clients, manage key accounts, and maintain high retention through excellent customer service.
• Provide detailed weekly sales activity reports to maintain pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the security, oil & gas, or facility management sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong B2B sales skills with experience engaging corporate executives and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Target‑driven mindset with resilience to navigate market fluctuations.
• Flexibility for occasional field visits, client meetings, and networking events.
