About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales and Operations Officer to support daily operations of our beauty studio, develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily studio operations and maintain service standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Drive marketing initiatives and brand growth.
- Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and manage client relationships.
- Work weekends and peak business hours as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in operations, sales and leadership within the beauty or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for beauty trends, products and client experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
