Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tectainet is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Lagos office. The role focuses on generating new B2B opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s technology, software, telecommunications, and media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads across the IT and telecom sector.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and follow up on prospects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Create sales collateral, track performance metrics, and report on pipeline health.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous market research.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and pipeline management skills with a focus on revenue growth.
• Experience delivering training or product demos to clients.
• Basic understanding of software, telecommunications, and hardware services.
• Organisational, time‑management, and analytical capabilities.
• Residence near Agege Pen Cinema or willingness to relocate for easy commute.
