About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Field Marketing Representative to join Empower Careers in Lagos. The role focuses on promoting our energy and utilities products directly to customers, shops and businesses through on‑the‑ground activities.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials across assigned territories.
- Promote products directly to customers, retail outlets and businesses.
- Execute street and market marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Generate leads, follow up and convert them into sales.
- Increase product awareness and maintain a strong presence in the market.
- Represent Empower Careers professionally at all times.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic and hardworking.
- Comfortable with regular fieldwork and mobility.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Female candidates are preferred.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary of NGN 250,000 – NGN 400,000.
- Performance‑based commission.
