Sales Administrator (Entry Level)

About the role

The Sales Administrator will support the sales team of a leading pharmaceutical company, ensuring smooth processing of orders, invoices and customer interactions. This entry‑level position offers exposure to sales operations, finance coordination and logistics within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reviewing sales invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor customer orders, track product movement from distributors to retailers, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Follow up on pending customer requests, payments, and overdue accounts, working closely with Finance.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and handle routine inquiries.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, track sales performance against targets, and prepare data for management meetings.
• Maintain customer contracts, organize sales files, and ensure documentation complies with audit requirements.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance and Warehouse, assisting with product launches and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency with CRM applications.
