About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to lead our sales team in Ibadan. The role involves overseeing four Account Officers, managing client relationships, and driving growth for our Foodbank product that provides food loans and grocery delivery to employees.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of four Account Officers to achieve sales targets.
- Manage existing client accounts and nurture strong, long‑term relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as product, operations, and finance to meet sales objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and represent the company to key stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in technology or FMCG sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
