About the role
Bill Energy Services Limited is seeking a qualified Rig Nurse to provide on‑site medical support for its drilling operations in Lagos. The role involves delivering primary health care, emergency treatment and coordinating medical evacuations for rig personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑aid and routine medical care to all crew members on the rig.
- Respond to emergencies, administer BLS and ACLS interventions, and manage medical evacuation procedures.
- Maintain and stock medical supplies, equipment and records in accordance with safety standards.
- Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
- Collaborate with the safety and operations teams to promote a healthy working environment.
Required profile
- BNSc qualification with at least 3 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Valid practising licence.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply to support gender diversity.
- Experience in drilling or oil‑field environments is an advantage.
- Strong emergency response and medical evacuation coordination abilities.
