Revenue Growth Strategist

About the role

The Revenue Growth Strategist will lead the design and execution of comprehensive revenue‑generation plans for land sales, housing projects, mortgages, partnerships and value‑added services. Reporting to senior leadership, you will align commercial initiatives with the company’s growth objectives and drive profitability across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly revenue growth strategies for multiple real‑estate product lines.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new products, services and business models.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Review and optimise pricing structures, competitor pricing and discount programmes.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with brand & marketing and sales operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Analyse customer journeys, recommend CRM automation improvements and design retention programmes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business intelligence reports on revenue performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue strategy, commercial performance or business development, preferably in real‑estate.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
