Restaurant Operations Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee three restaurant outlets in Lagos, ensuring high standards of quality, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate production, ambience, hygiene, and staff development across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales, report across outlets, and ensure shift managers meet their targets.
• Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Provide training calendars and coordinate development sessions for front‑office and production staff.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally.
• Develop tactics to exceed daily sales targets and reduce waste and production costs.
• Conduct regular checks on production floor, inventory, and front office for compliance.
• Manage disciplinary issues and liaise with HR as needed.
• Stay informed about local competition and devise marketing promotions.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the fast‑food sector with proven sales results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑de‑escalation abilities.
• Ability to delegate, follow‑through, and manage three outlets simultaneously.
