About the role
Talking-Bole Nigeria limited is seeking an experienced Grill Manager to lead the grilling operations at its Marina location in Lagos. You will ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of taste, temperature, and presentation while fostering a dynamic, high‑energy kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the grilling process, strictly following recipes, food safety standards, temperatures, and grilling times.
- Conduct taste tests and visually inspect dishes (proteins, plantain, sauces) to maintain consistency.
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor grillers, prep cooks, and servers.
- Promote a positive, high‑energy work atmosphere and ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar grilling or kitchen management role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop kitchen staff.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
