Remote SEO/SEM Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimise advertising spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, content optimisation, and technical SEO audits to increase organic traffic.
• Optimize meta tags, landing pages, site structure and collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO, PPC and website analytics (GA4) to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
