Remote Legal Expert (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified legal professional to work remotely on a contract basis, supporting the development of AI systems that process legal information. The role involves ensuring that the data fed into machine‑learning models is accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and annotate legal documents to provide authentic inputs for AI training.
• Evaluate legal scenarios and deliver expert insights to improve model accuracy.
• Assess AI‑generated legal content for quality, clarity, and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex legal concepts into actionable data points.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of guidelines for handling legal data.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct throughout the project.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven expertise in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying intricate concepts clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks to varied scenarios.
