Relationship Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Officer to serve as the main point of contact for our clients and deployed staff. You will ensure high levels of client satisfaction while supporting staff welfare and compliance within our recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for assigned clients, conducting regular follow‑ups, addressing complaints and providing updates to management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with deployed staff, monitoring attendance, performance and handling grievances.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, transfers, resignations and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client relationships, staff performance and operational issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost client satisfaction and staff retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, client service or employee relations, preferably in a recruitment or outsourcing environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and staff simultaneously and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook.
