Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Officer to join Sunfol Educational Consultancy Limited in Lagos. The role involves guiding prospective students through course selection, supporting them through the application process, and driving recruitment targets across our partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counselling to applicants on suitable courses and study options (approximately 10 minutes per student).
• Support applicants throughout the application and placement process.
• Develop and implement monthly strategic recruitment and marketing plans.
• Liaise with other company branches to deliver region‑wide recruitment services for universities.
• Achieve agreed intake targets and report recruitment activities within 48 hours.
• Assist university delegates during recruitment visits.
• Promote Sunfol institutions daily to prospective students across all divisions.
• Convert enquiries to registrations within 72 hours and forward unregistered leads to the telesales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on partner institutions’ courses, materials and procedures.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) minimum.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar recruitment or admissions role.
• Entry‑level candidate with strong organisational skills.
