Real Estate Officer

About the role

Coinbox Limited is seeking a proactive Real Estate Officer to drive property sales and business development in Lagos. The role combines client relationship management, sales leadership, and digital marketing to expand the company’s property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate, supervise, and support sales agents to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Promote available properties through online and offline channels.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
• Monitor Lagos market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in property sales and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
