R & A Technician – HVAC Maintenance

About the role
The R & A Technician will ensure the smooth operation of all HVAC and refrigeration equipment in common areas of the property. This position involves routine checks, maintenance, and timely repairs to keep the building’s climate control systems running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily routine checks of HVAC (heat, ventilation, and air‑conditioning) systems across common areas.
- Maintain accurate service records for all air‑conditioning units and refrigerators.
- Conduct monthly inventory of all R&A materials stored on site.
- Diagnose and repair any faults related to HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related technical field.
- Proof of a Trade Test Certificate.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Ability to prepare periodic reports.

What we offer
- Monthly net salary ranging from NGN 164,000 to NGN 220,000.
