Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Quality Control Officer will ensure that daily operations meet Lbev Nigeria Limited’s standards and regulatory requirements. This full‑time position focuses on monitoring processes, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to verify compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on processes and outputs.
• Identify errors, defects, or areas needing improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit detailed quality control reports.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality‑related issues.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to enhance performance and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, Internal Control, Audit, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
