Quality Control Analyst – Process Improvement

About the role

The Quality Control Analyst will support clients in the Energy & Utilities sector by evaluating existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Based in Lagos, the role involves on‑site assessments, data analysis, and the development of actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss focus areas and improvement goals.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment and current processes.
• Interview staff and management to assess personnel effectiveness.
• Collect and analyse data to pinpoint performance gaps.
• Design workflow and process strategies aimed at boosting efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed process reports for client approval.
• Oversee implementation of revised workflows and monitor their effectiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging business practices and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in research, laboratory science, or related analytical work.
• Proven track record of completed projects and risk‑assessment analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Residency in Lagos.
