Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The Quality Control Analyst will work closely with clients to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with information security standards. This role involves on‑site visits, data analysis, and the design of optimized workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss focus areas and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and advise on ISMS matters to ensure statutory, contractual, and industry compliance.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment and existing processes.
• Interview staff and management to assess personnel effectiveness.
• Gather and analyse data to pinpoint performance gaps.
• Design workflow and process strategies to boost business performance.
• Create and present process reports for client approval.
• Oversee implementation of revised processes and monitor their efficacy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, network security, information security controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
