Data and Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Data and Compliance Analyst will ensure that user interactions, engagement signals and brand campaigns on our platform are authentic and comply with advertising regulations. You will work closely with engineering, product and commercial teams to strengthen verification processes and maintain high data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Verify user interactions and engagement signals to confirm genuine human activity.
• Monitor and investigate potential fraud, bots, invalid traffic, and non‑genuine engagement.
• Conduct compliance reviews against advertising regulations, privacy laws and internal brand‑safety standards.
• Prepare verification reports, audit documentation and evidence for internal teams and brand clients.
• Identify risks, recommend remediation actions and track their implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve verification processes and compliance controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk, Compliance, Data, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in verification, compliance, fraud analysis, brand safety or quality assurance within AdTech or digital advertising.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and capacity to interpret engagement data.
• Knowledge of digital advertising standards, privacy regulations and anti‑fraud practices.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skills with high integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
