Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology products at Essential.NG. The role will oversee the full development lifecycle, from concept through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the development lifecycle from planning, design, testing, to launch and post‑launch iterations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers, QA testers and other technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and ensure team understanding.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve blockers, and keep projects on schedule.
• Manage MVP development, beta testing, launch preparation and subsequent product updates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in technology, software, mobile applications or digital products.
• Proven track record of managing software‑development projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong planning, organization, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
