Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our attic and crawl‑space cleaning, rodent‑removal and insulation projects across the Greater Bay Area. You will coordinate a team of technicians, ensure health‑and‑safety compliance, and deliver high‑quality results that meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise attic cleaning, crawl‑space sanitation, rodent removal and reinsulation projects.
• Provide and enforce the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) on all job sites.
• Inspect work areas, remove insulation, droppings, rodents and nests, and perform repairs or rebuilds as needed.
• Document each job with before‑and‑after photos or videos for client reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in construction or related field.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and handle physical tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
