Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within our manufacturing and warehousing operations. The role involves managing internal resources and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans with stakeholder input.
• Ensure resource availability, allocation, and track progress against plans.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure performance with appropriate tools and report to management.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, handling risk management and escalation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Strong educational background, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent client‑facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
