Project Manager

About the role

Stretch-it Concepts Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in its Lagos office. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing resources, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
• Determine resource requirements, allocate internal and third‑party resources.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial compliance.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones, workstreams, and activities.
• Deliver projects according to plan, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, or budget and mitigate risks.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor contracts, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of IT project management experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven analytical, budgeting and time‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
