Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives in our education programmes. The role will coordinate operations, partnerships, student acquisition and program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate initiatives across operations, partnerships, student acquisition and program delivery.
• Track progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Support operational improvements and assist in launching new programs and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing projects, operations or program implementation.
• Experience in startup, education, technology or consulting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Trello or Monday.com.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.
