Project Manager – Audio/Visual Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of audio/visual projects for AV Design Consultants in Lagos. You will collaborate with the management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of AV projects, from initial concept through post‑project follow‑up.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and logistics, including power, rigging, and site requirements.
• Produce and review CAD room drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule qualified technicians across multiple sites.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Manage client communications and provide professional presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the audio/visual industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV, Film or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar rendering software.
• Solid knowledge of video, audio, lighting and scenic elements.
