About the role
The Project Management Intern will support the project team in planning, coordination, and documentation of ongoing initiatives. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving IT and analytics environment, working closely with senior project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating project activities.
- Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Track project tasks, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with team members on assigned project activities and provide status updates.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Support communication between project teams and clients.
