About the role
The Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of training programs, events, and participant engagement activities for Singbeta Training Studios. This role coordinates teams, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery while driving growth through strategic partnerships and outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and manage training programs and related events.
- Coordinate internal teams, volunteers and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop growth strategies, secure partnerships and sponsorships to increase enrollment.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports and support marketing initiatives.
- Lead outreach and relationship‑management activities to expand the organization’s reach.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar program management role.
