Production Manager

About the role

Primote Africa is seeking a Production Manager to lead its fashion manufacturing operations in Lagos. You will oversee daily garment production, ensure quality standards, and coordinate a team of tailors and production staff to meet client deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily fashion production activities and supervise tailors.
• Plan production schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Maintain high finishing standards and conduct quality control checks.
• Track fabric usage, manage material inventory, and minimize waste.
• Step in to sew or assist with garment construction when required.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 4 years) in fashion production management.
• Proven ability to lead teams under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Good knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and finishing techniques.
