Product Manager - SME Digital Lending

About the role

Renmoney is scaling its SME Digital Lending business and needs a hands‑on Product Manager to own the product from concept to market. You will drive growth, improve risk models and adapt proven international lending practices to the Nigerian market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the SME Digital Lending product.
• Improve risk models, approval flows and credit decision logic.
• Optimize acquisition and distribution channels to increase portfolio size.
• Balance risk and profitability while prioritising initiatives based on data and unit economics.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Data, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of product management experience.
• Strong background in digital lending for SME or B2B clients.
• Experience working in international markets (e.g., Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia).
• Solid understanding of risk frameworks, scoring, underwriting and portfolio metrics.
• Proven track record of scaling lending products.
• Fluent English.
