Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will drive the development and market positioning of LiuGong’s industrial machinery portfolio. You will work closely with engineering, production, marketing and sales teams to translate market insights into profitable product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical and competitive advantages of LiuGong products through site visits and competitor benchmarking.
• Create compelling sales materials, including presentations, videos, case studies and total cost of ownership (TCO) data.
• Develop product improvement and new‑product proposals based on market and competitor analysis and coordinate with headquarters on strategy.
• Prepare technical parameters for bids and provide integrated product solutions to key industrial customers.
• Lead cross‑functional product and business planning, from requirement gathering to roadmap definition and launch.
• Assess market trends, customer needs and partnership opportunities to define ROI‑focused product strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed specifications for engineering prototyping and final development.
• Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate market data and competitor offerings.
• Excellent communication skills to craft sales pitches, customer success stories and technical documentation.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycle from concept through launch.
