Product Manager – Fully Onsite in Ogba/Ikeja, Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, customer‑focused Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our education products. The role is fully onsite in Ogba/Ikeja, Lagos and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer discovery to identify opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritising features based on value, impact and feasibility.
• Coordinate development activities to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.
• Lead product launches and collaborate on go‑to‑market strategies.
• Engage with customers to capture feedback and drive continuous innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–7 years of product management experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
