Product Management Tutor – Teach Future Tech Leaders

About the role

The Product Management Tutor will lead classroom sessions and workshops that equip learners with core product management competencies. You will join Conclase’s tech‑education team to help aspiring product professionals launch successful careers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans covering product discovery, road‑mapping, stakeholder management and product lifecycle.
• Facilitate interactive lectures, case‑study discussions and hands‑on workshops.
• Assess learner progress, grade assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students on real‑world product challenges and best practices.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve course content.
• Participate in occasional events, info sessions and curriculum reviews.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience in product management, including strategy definition and roadmap execution.
• Strong ability to explain product concepts such as user research, requirements gathering, prioritisation frameworks and success metrics.
• Experience delivering training, workshops or courses with clear communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and a structured approach to coaching learners.
• Relevant academic background in business, technology or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and standard product‑management tools (e.g., backlog management, documentation, basic analytics).
• Understanding of agile methodologies and the current tech ecosystem.
